The project aims to provide a place where rural life can be combined with the surrounding natural environment in a complex urban culture, to maximize the lighting and view of each unit of housing, and to create a visually dynamic and formative form of architecture.

The tower, which was lifted from the square by the establishment of a piloti, creates a fluid exterior space throughout the land. The outer square consists of a series of small gardens of various colors seen in each unit generation to rich drinking forests on a large scale, with planned water spaces connected in a single flow throughout the complex, showing a new appearance over time. Some of the large-scale buildings, landscaping, and hill-shaped land are intended to harmonize with the mountains in the west.

Each main building was composed of three meshes finished in stainless steel, green, and blue in the middle and lower sections, minimizing the pressure on tall buildings. The dynamic façade, which varies with daylight and rich skylight, contrasts with the monotonous development of the surrounding area.

The towers, which emphasize the beauty of the sculpture, are an architectural landmark that tries to restore the disappearing identity of the area by evoking the context of a new city. Mass is a simple, restrained giant tower, and the lobby is a free curve, and these two elements represent ambivalence that allows two aspects of memory are experienced.
