The planned site for the Emerson Pacific Country Club is on the panoramic seaside in namhae-gun, south kyunggi-do. The main point of the master plan is to express the sights and scenery of small islands and the sea to the south and low mountains to the east as architecture.

Its "Site A" has a view of a golf course and the open sea, and the three sides of "Site B" are surrounded by the sea like a small island. What these are will show with the moving path of the clubhouse decides the building arrangement.

The condominium and program of Site A tried switchover in design from existing form of condominium. Same conditioned two bedrooms and bathrooms are planned considering golf player's equal footing instead of planning the master bedroom first and the common reception and kitchen are equipped between two rooms. Like the various colors of ocean waves, the curved zinc surface of the balcony creates various colors and shades with the diffused reflection of light, and gives life to the building.

The condominium in Site B is composed of 23 units that are different from the ones in Site A. The main point of the floor plan is to make an inner garden that opens to the sea as soon as one enters inside. Each room is arranged by considering directions and views. It also allows for a small garden by leaving space between each unit.

The clubhouse can be compared to the flower placed on the backyard as a form to feel the soul of the ground. It shows flexibility for future transformations and various functions, such as a restaurant, sauna, banquette and pro shop. It is designed as an unfolded rectangular shape with the combination of a main corridor and masses that have an independent function.
